Deep beneath the inhabited part of the castle, deep beneath the lowest basement, deep beneath any lighted place on the castle grounds, suspended over a deep deep crater, lies the Heart of the Castle. A powerful, magical thing. It thumps and beats and courses it's essence into the entire building. It controls every action the castle makes of its' own accord. Evil people want to use it. Good people want to protect it. Most don't even know it exixts. Thousands of feet beneath it, at the bottom of the huge crater it suspends over, Hero is stuck with no way to escape. He stands there, looking up at the heart, quarterstaff in hand. His dragon body is crippled, no wings at his disposal to easily escape. He feels the impending danger. Having been passed out for months after the battle for the Heart, he awoke in dragon form, crippled and alone. He now searches for a way out. He also feels an approaching evil, searching for him. He sighs, exhausted despite his moths of undisturbed sleep. "Fuck...."

The heart was huge. A steaming ball of green flesh, it throbbed at the center of the chamber, pumping blood through stone veins and up into the Castle.
"Fascinating." Fiske whispered. The technology was light-years beyond anything he'd invented. A living building, growing like a plant, providing warmth and shelter. Beneath the awe he felt a gnawing in his stomach. This was Divine technology. When the final battle came... would the Castle be a friend or an enemy?
Accomplice or killer?

"Look but don't touch." Deraldith said. It had been only months ago that a huge battle had been fought in this very chamber. Thomas Unson, son of Nyarlathotep and Jormungandr, had come to the Castle to use the heart for his own sick agenda. She'd almost been killed in the fight and now her she was letting another sociopath into the Castle's weak spot.
The only difference was that if she wanted to, she kill this one, easily. Fiske was a shadow of his old self. Once he'd been able to move buildings with his mind, to change his body into grotesque shapes. He'd cut off Broken's arm on the Vallin Plateau.
Now he was powerless, a withered cyborg. N&F was responsible. He'd crippled Fiske in the waterways of Bullin Naree. If he was here he'd probably finish the job. The same was true of Broken.
'What is a hero?' Deraldith wondered. 'A dead man.'
Time was running out. The final battle between the Erth and the Darkisles was drawing near and she'd been left with nothing and no one to help her fight the Divine. N&F and Broken had run off to get themselves killed for the sake of some testicle-headed honour.
'Fuck you Broken.' She thought. 'You left me with all the tough decisions cause you had a boner for a warrior's death. Well now I'm making a decision, and if it means working with a sociopath to ensure Erth has a future then fuck you and your honour, I'll do it.'

Akira comes down, to take a look around, and is shocked to see a masive heart pumping into the castle. "W... What is that thing!?"

"A weapon more powerful than a hundred Iir reactors..." Fiske replied, turning to gaze at the red and black-skinned newcomer with satelite dish eyes.
"You are?" The cyborg asked.

"I am Akira" He said, still focusing on the giant heart.

"I'll bet you are." Fiske muttered, casting a dirty look at Deraldith. "Why don't you put up some signs? 'Deadly Weapon-This Way.' 'Tourists Welcome.' We could open a gift shop."
