1. Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars: This album is just a brilliant experiment. Every song is unique. David Bowie is a stylish bastard.
2. Never Mind the Bollocks here's the Sex Pistols: The only album The Sex Pistols ever recorded. Johnny Rotten's vocals are visceral and the music backs it up with even more attitude.
3. OK Computer: There's something absorbing about Radiohead's music, but too much can be bad for your health.
4. Raw Power: A ballsy, foot-stomping rock record from Iggy Pop and the Stooges. This is a band that beat the Ramones and the Pistols to the punk-rock punch.
5. De-Loused in the Comatorium: The Mars Volta are a band that grew out of the ashes of At The Drive-in. Their music is electrifying and weird. The Cure meets Iggy Pop.

I'm still making up my mind about Muse. They're heading in a direction I'm not sure I want to follow. Have you heard their new album?
